Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags intact, to qualify for a successful return.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
